Show your favorite toys, games, and foods in your home. Ask your child questions about their favorite things and encourage them to ask questions about yours.
Expanding Skills
Have a show-and-tell at home
Take turns as a family showing your favorite items
Ask your child wh-questions about their show-and-tell item (e.g., “What is it?”, “What color is it?”, “Where did you get it from?”, “Why do you like it?”)
