My Story

I chose to pursue a career in Speech-Language Pathology because I have always had a passion for working with children and helping others. One of the best parts of my job is connecting with kids on their level. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness their growth and confidence as they achieve their communication goals. I’m known for my playful approach to therapy and enjoy creating child-centered, engaging sessions to make therapy fun!

My Professional Goals

  1. To continue to expand my clinical knowledge while developing new skills.
  2. To grow my clinical expertise in the areas of pediatric feeding and DIR / Floortime.

My Blue Bird Day

I am excited to embark on the next step in my professional journey during my Clinical Fellowship Year at Blue Bird Day. I am enthusiastic about collaborating with professionals from other disciplines and exploring therapeutic techniques to expand my clinical knowledge.

Blue Bird Day

Blue Bird Day fosters socialization, sensory regulation, and pre-academic learning in children ages 2–7 years in therapeutic rotations that simulate  preschool and kindergarten settings. Our compassionate therapists practice a relationship-based and family-centered approach, provide parent training, and collaborate on goals and individualized intensive treatment plans for your child.

We believe in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team approach to therapy.  A team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, dietitians, developmental therapists, behavioral therapists, physical therapists, and therapeutic assistants are created for each child to ensure child and family are fully supported and the best possible results are achieved.

Options for individualized, group and virtual therapy sessions are available as well.
