My Story
Growing up with a brother who has autism helped me find my passion for behavioral therapy from a young age. Through observing my brother in speech and ABA therapy, I saw first-hand how fun, engaging, and impactful services like these are for children and their families. I went on to participate in organizations and companies that targeted social skills, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction with a variety of individuals. Upon receiving my undergraduate degree, I began graduate school where I taught ABA courses and worked with young children in a school setting. Since graduating, I have continued to grow my passion for the ABA field and have thoroughly enjoyed working with young children and their families!
My Blue Bird Day
My favorite part about my job is being able to work with children from a young age and watch as they grow and learn new skills! I also enjoy collaborating with professionals as this allows me to continue learning about different therapeutic approaches as well as how I can use this knowledge to support my client’s growth.
My Blue Bird Day Goals
- Continue to gain knowledge on the different therapy disciplines.
