My Story

I’ve been working in healthcare adjacent fields for most of my professional life, and recently completed a graduate program in Couples and Family Therapy. My passion is in work with children and their guardians, be they parents, extended family, or foster and adoptive families. I strive to establish a sense of security and understanding with each of my clients and their loved ones.

My Blue Bird Day

I joined the Blue Bird Day team in July 2021, and look forward to continuing to grow with our clients and the organization!

My Advocacy

I advocate strongly for universal access to professional mental health resources. I believe that individuals deserve the opportunity to advance towards wellness without regard to age, race, sexual orientations, disabilities, religious and cultural identities, gender identities, and financial or educational backgrounds. My professional memberships include the APA American Psychological Association and the Illinois Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (IAMFT).

My Blue Bird Day Goals

  1. I would like to continue deepening my education in Child Play Therapy, Floortime, and other therapeutic modalities.
  2. I hope to one day expand to provide professional supervision and training, in gratitude to all of the amazing educators who have shaped my own journey.
