My Story

When I was younger, I knew that I wanted to work with children. When I was 18 years old, I discovered this field and have been passionate about it ever since. My goal is not to help a child find their voice – because that is something they already have—but instead I want to amplify a child’s voice.

My Education

Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology,
Midwestern University

Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders,
Saint Xavier University

My Professional Goals

  1. I want to continue to grow my clinical expertise and knowledge.
  2. I want to impact the field of Speech-Language Pathology in a good way.
  3. I want to grow as a clinician and continue to be culturally responsive.

Blue Bird Day

Blue Bird Day fosters socialization, sensory regulation, and pre-academic learning in children ages 2–7 years in therapeutic rotations that simulate  preschool and kindergarten settings. Our compassionate therapists practice a relationship-based and family-centered approach, provide parent training, and collaborate on goals and individualized intensive treatment plans for your child.

We believe in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team approach to therapy.  A team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, dietitians, developmental therapists, behavioral therapists, physical therapists, and therapeutic assistants are created for each child to ensure child and family are fully supported and the best possible results are achieved.

Options for individualized, group and virtual therapy sessions are available as well.
