As a new graduate in pediatric occupational therapy, my professional goals include developing clinical expertise, building strong relationships with children and families, and staying updated with the latest research and techniques. I plan to create effective, individualized treatment plans, advocate for pediatric care, and continually seek feedback to improve my practice while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

From a young age, I’ve felt a deep passion and enthusiasm for working with children. At the same time, I watched my mom bravely overcome breast cancer, an experience that profoundly shaped my desire to help others achieve their goals and reach their full potential. These experiences guided me to a career in pediatric occupational therapy, and although I’m just beginning, I’m thrilled to be pursuing my dream job!

Blue Bird Day fosters socialization, sensory regulation, and pre-academic learning in children ages 2–7 years in therapeutic rotations that simulate  preschool and kindergarten settings. Our compassionate therapists practice a relationship-based and family-centered approach, provide parent training, and collaborate on goals and individualized intensive treatment plans for your child.

We believe in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team approach to therapy.  A team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, dietitians, developmental therapists, behavioral therapists, physical therapists, and therapeutic assistants are created for each child to ensure child and family are fully supported and the best possible results are achieved.  

Options for individualized, group and virtual therapy sessions are available as well.
