|Professional Bio?||Evellyn Jeon is a therapeutic kindergarten teacher and a developmental therapist (DT) at Blue Bird Day School. She was once a therapeutic assistant in the first ever kindergarten classroom at Blue Bird Day and decided to come back as a therapeutic teacher and DT once she finished her studies at the Erikson Institute. Evellyn has worked with children with all kinds of abilities for over 10 years and has experience working with families as an educator as well as a director of early childhood programs. One of Evellyn’s passions is the application of inclusive classrooms and her goal is to best prepare and advocate for all her students and families their rights to learning and development at not only Blue Bird Day School but also the transition to the next big steps after.|

|What you do consider your greatest accomplishment?||One of my passions is the application of inclusive classrooms. I had the opportunity to pursue my some of my passion through my graduate internship project which was helping create an inclusive classrooms at a nonprofit school where children with all kinds of abilities can play and learn.|

|Where would you go on your dream vacation?||Staying home watching netflix, reading books, and doing puzzles.|

|What skill are you most proud of?||My native language is Korean and I grew up bilingual thanks to my parents. I can understand, read, write, speak, type, and text in Korean.|
