My Story
I have had a passion for working with children and an inclination toward healthcare from an early age. Occupational Therapy provided the perfect opportunity for those worlds to collide (and didn’t involve needles-phew!). While attending graduate school, I had the privilege of working in the Acute Outpatient Rehabilitation Program at Texas Children’s Hospital, which solidified my passion for working with children. I find pediatric OT so special because it allows me to support and empower not just the child, but the whole family.
