My Story

My parents created my reason for wanting to work with children growing up because they showed me how valuable support and kindness could be for a child’s development. Further along in my academic and personal life, I lived with 2 adults with ASD which only strengthened my desire to play my part in assisting individuals to communicate efficiently to support independent living and selfadvocacy.

My Blue Bird Day

I enjoy working closely with a multi-disciplinary team that gives you all the necessary tools to allow a child to have progressed across domains. I additionally have appreciated being able to see my clients grow each and every day, as well as, their family.

My Blue Bird Day Goals

  1. To become certified in DIR Floortime
  2. To assist in strengthening the oral motor/feeding program through increased education and exposure to treatment across disciplines

From my clients:  You are simply amazing and we appreciate all that you do for Aaron.  We are grateful that you are on his team and value your kindness, compassion, and fun-loving spirit!

From my peer: Thank you for all that you do for our kids! You are always thinking of ways to increase their independence with communication.
