Morgan Corich, MS, CF-SLP

Where are you from? Plainfield, IL.
What did you study?I received my B.S. in Speech and Hearing Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and I received my M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from Rush University.
Professional bio?My parents were my reason for wanting to work with kids because growing up they showed my how valuable support and kindness could be for a child’s development. In undergrad, I was able to work in a research lab dedicated to cochlear implants. In my graduate experience, I was lucky enough to have a variety of pediatric placements that allowed me to work with multiple different populations. After school, I was able to work with adults with autism to assist with independent living, and with that, I was able to view how therapeutic services look across a lifespan.
What do you specialize in? Pediatrics.
Coffee or Tea?Coffee, always coffee.
What you do consider your greatest accomplishment? Getting my Master’s degree!
Books or Movies?Both.
Where would you go on your dream vacation?Thailand or New Zealand.
What is your favorite children’s book? Oh, the Places You’ll Go by Dr. Seuss.
What skill are you most proud of? My ability to build rapport with clients and their families!
Winter or Summer?Summer, yet I willingly stay in Chicago.
