My Story
My oldest sister has a learning disability and had a speech-language pathologist as a child. Growing up, I watched the impact the speech-language pathologist had on her and my parents, and was always inspired by this. During my undergraduate and graduate school experience, I was fortunate enough to work with children with a variety of communication and feeding disorders and their families. I am so excited to join the Blue Bird Day team and have this impact on the clients and families here.
My Blue Bird Day
I am new to the Blue Bird Day team and I am eager to learn and work as a member of a multidisciplinary team to implement the best therapy outcomes for our clients.
My Blue Bird Day Goals
- I hope to further expand my knowledge and skills by obtaining continuing education certifications, such as the SOS Approach to Feeding and Augmentative and Alternating Communication.
