Where are you from? | I am from Chicago, best city in the world! I am from the Northside of Chicago and also grew up in the Northern suburbs. |
What did you study? | I am a proud Huskie from Northern Illinois University where I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelors in Health Science. |
Name the moment that inspired you to take your career path. | I have always been into playing sports and athletics when I was younger. I have always joked around saying I decided not to go to the NBA because I wanted to persue a career in Physical Therapy. In 8th grade, I fractured my right ankle during a volleyball game. It was then when my father mentioned I should look into a career of being a Physical Therapist. At a young age that conversation had always stuck with me until I arrived to college and declared that PT will be my career focus. |
What do you specialize in? | Positive thinking. I have past experiences at an outpatient orthopedics clinic and an acute inpatient hospital setting. I am also skilled in Functional Movement Techniques (FMT) for kinesiology taping. |
Coffee or Tea? | I am a coffee snob. |
Favorite therapeutic swing? | The large plateform swing where you can stand, challenges maintaining balance. |
What you do consider your greatest accomplishment? | Graduate of Northern Illinois University (NIU) and being a member at Redzovic Jiu-Jitsu Academy. |
Books or Movies? | I love movies, however I have recently started to read more. My all time favorite movie: The Lion King |
Where would you go on your dream vacation? | Any place known for their food. My most recent vacation was Philadelphia known for their Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches. I will be going to the Philippines for my next trip. |
What is your favorite children’s book? | Green Eggs and Ham and the Harry Potter Series |
What skill are you most proud of? | Building rapport and relations with the people I am surrounded with. |
