My Story
After graduating from NIU in 2019 and teaching music in public schools during the pandemic, I decided to pursue a career in Music Therapy. As I was researching ways to gain experience in the healthcare field, I stumbled upon the beautiful world of ABA therapy and the therapists who work with this population. With several years of experience working with kids and teaching music to a wide variety of learners, working in ABA at Blue Bird Day was the perfect decision to start my journey in the behavioral health field.
My Blue Bird Day
I’m so excited to learn more about ABA and grow as a Behavior Therapist. I’m also looking forward to working with different therapeutic disciplines at BBD!
