Meet the Team Supporting Your Child’s Growth

At Blue Bird Day, your child is supported by a full team of specialists — working together every day to build communication, independence, and confidence.

Our collaborative approach ensures your child receives consistent, personalized care across every part of their day.

Why Our Team Approach Matters

Most therapy programs rely on a single provider or separate sessions.

At Blue Bird Day, your child benefits from a coordinated team approach:

  • Therapists collaborate daily
  • Goals are aligned across disciplines
  • Skills are reinforced throughout the day

This leads to more meaningful, lasting progress.

Our Clinical Team

Our team includes experienced specialists across multiple disciplines:

  • Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Physical Therapists
  • Social Workers and Licensed Professional Counselors
  • Nutritionists
  • Developmental Therapists
  • Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Clinical Psychologists

Each clinician plays a role in helping your child build real-world skills — not just complete isolated therapy sessions.

Our Leadership Team

Our leadership team is made up of experienced clinicians who ensure every child receives consistent, high-quality care.

Blue Bird Day has been owned and operated by an Occupational Therapist since 2014, bringing a strong clinical foundation to everything we do.

Each therapy discipline is guided by a dedicated Department Lead, ensuring best practices are followed and teams are fully supported.

At each location, Clinic Directors — who are also clinicians — oversee daily programming, support families, and monitor each child’s progress, helping ensure meaningful outcomes over time.

Also handing from the ceiling are a raindrop swing for deep touch pressure, and a tadpole swing for core stability skills. On the ground is a ball pit, a set of climbing steps, and crash mats for sensory input. On the back wall is a rock wall. The rest of the walls and floor are covered with blue padding for safety.
