Department Lead of Occupational Therapy OT and Physical Therapy PT
We are seeking an Department Lead of OT and PT to join our team of top pediatric specialists.
Our Department Lead of OT and PT collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement an intensive therapeutic program to provide a comprehensive approach to pediatric care. Department Leads at Blue Bird Day work directly with clients aged 2-6 years old and their families to support development and caregiver success while also providing leadership and supervision to employees. Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Department Lead of OT and PT Education Requirements:
Licensed Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist
Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy preferred
Experience working with neurodivergent children is a plus
Preferably a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience

Blue Bird Day is an intensive therapy program for children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental conditions. Our collaborative team provides occupational, physical, speech, developmental, ABA, and other therapies to help our clients reach their unique goals. We have three locations throughout Chicagoland and are growing quickly to support more clients and their families with our unique, proprietary therapeutic program. Our Wheaton location is unique with it's amazing outdoor area and on-site parking lot.
