Are you a compassionate pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to expand your experience providing ABA Therapy in a collaborative, play-focused clinic? Blue Bird Day, a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program, is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists. About the Role

As a clinic-based BCBA at Blue Bird Day, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

  • Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Providing caregiver education and family support
  • Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
  • Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, speech therapists, and social workers

Compensation & Benefits

  • $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
