Professional Goals

  1. My next major professional goal is to get my LCSW! In this role, I look forward to improving my clinical skills, becoming more confident in myself as a practitioner, and learning new skills I can use to help my clients.

My Story

I decided to become a therapist after my amazing experience with my own therapist as a child! They helped me gain confidence and overall improve my wellbeing, which inspired me to want to do the same. Once in college, I knew that my desires for a career aligned with social work and chose to pursue a career in pediatric mental health! I have worked with youth of all ages in schools, non-profit organizations, and private practice.

My Advocacy

I am passionate about women’s health, criminal justice reform, and mental health.

Blue Bird Day

Blue Bird Day fosters socialization, sensory regulation, and pre-academic learning in children ages 2–7 years in therapeutic rotations that simulate  preschool and kindergarten settings. Our compassionate therapists practice a relationship-based and family-centered approach, provide parent training, and collaborate on goals and individualized intensive treatment plans for your child.

We believe in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team approach to therapy.  A team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, dietitians, developmental therapists, behavioral therapists, physical therapists, and therapeutic assistants are created for each child to ensure child and family are fully supported and the best possible results are achieved.

Options for individualized, group and virtual therapy sessions are available as well.
