Professional Goals

  1. My professional goals are to provide the best client-centered care possible to each child. I want to grow as a therapist and improve my clinical skills and expertise by being able to develop and implement the most beneficial intervention program for each child.

My Story

I decided to become an occupational therapist because I wanted to be a part of a career that helps people reach goals that will improve their overall quality of life. I specifically wanted to be a pediatric occupational therapist because I enjoy working with children, their family, and other health professionals to positively impact a child’s life and optimize their development.

My Advocacy

As a therapist, my goal is to advocate for the child and family’s best interest while removing barriers and obstacles to enhance each child’s development and therapeutic goals.

My Eyas Landing

I really enjoy seeing the growth within our children and families each year, but it is also incredible to see the growth and transformation within our therapists as they thrive in our supportive, nurturing and collaborative environment.

Blue Bird Day

Blue Bird Day fosters socialization, sensory regulation, and pre-academic learning in children ages 2–7 years in therapeutic rotations that simulate  preschool and kindergarten settings. Our compassionate therapists practice a relationship-based and family-centered approach, provide parent training, and collaborate on goals and individualized intensive treatment plans for your child.

We believe in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team approach to therapy.  A team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, dietitians, developmental therapists, behavioral therapists, physical therapists, and therapeutic assistants are created for each child to ensure child and family are fully supported and the best possible results are achieved.

Options for individualized, group and virtual therapy sessions are available as well.
