Clinical Expertise
- As a behavior therapist, I aim to have a wide range of experiences to better serve my clients. This includes practical training in feeding therapy and toilet training, along with being CPR certified to handle any unexpected situations. These skills are essential for providing comprehensive care and ensuring the well-being of those under my supervision.
My Story
I decided to become a Behavior Technician because I genuinely enjoy helping people. Seeing individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental disorders thrive and improve brings me joy. I’m here to support their journey towards a happier and more fulfilling life!
My Advocacy
I love supporting organizations like the Red Cross because they’re always there to help when people are in need. And who can resist the adorable animals that PETA works to protect? Save the Children is another favorite of mine because they’re all about giving kids a better future. And Mariposas Mexico? They’re doing amazing work empowering communities in Mexico, and I’m proud to be a part of that!
My Education
I’m currently enrolled at SNHU, working towards completing my Bachelor’s in Psychology.
My Blue Bird Day
I’m thrilled to be starting my journey as a Behavior Technician in the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)! While I’m new to Blue Bird Day, I bring with me a genuine enthusiasm and eagerness to make a difference in the lives of those I’ll be working with. I can’t wait to dive in, learn, and grow alongside my clients.
Blue Bird Day
Blue Bird Day fosters socialization, sensory regulation, and pre-academic learning in children ages 2–7 years in therapeutic rotations that simulate preschool and kindergarten settings. Our compassionate therapists practice a relationship-based and family-centered approach, provide parent training, and collaborate on goals and individualized intensive treatment plans for your child.
We believe in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team approach to therapy. A team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, dietitians, developmental therapists, behavioral therapists, physical therapists, and therapeutic assistants are created for each child to ensure child and family are fully supported and the best possible results are achieved.
Options for individualized, group and virtual therapy sessions are available as well.
